Syneos Health is hiring a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales in an assigned Indianapolis territory. You will develop territory plans, build relationships with physicians, and work with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities.

The role requires a strong business acumen, self-motivation and results orientation, with travel as needed. You will leverage CRM and data insights to guide strategic actions and demonstrate integrity in all activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field. (Must)
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by building and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians for new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations) to drive results.
• Identify key influencers and manage interactions with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies for business decisions.
