Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Bloomington, IL seeks a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales in an assigned territory. You will develop and execute territory strategies, build relationships with targeted physicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities while meeting compliance standards.

The role requires strong business acumen, self-motivation, and ability to operate with autonomy in a matrixed environment. Some travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is preferred.
• Proven top-tier sales accomplishments and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with an integrated business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Use data and insights to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage the territory budget.
