Job summary

Syneos Health in Houston, TX is hiring a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales in an assigned territory. You will develop and execute a territory business plan, identify customer needs, and build lasting relationships with targeted physicians while maintaining compliance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze market data, and collaboration with FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations. Travel as needed is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and deliver effective presentations.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure territory coverage according to a plan of action.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner and execute the brand strategy.
• Travel as needed; maintain a valid driver’s license.
