Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to meet or exceed sales goals within an assigned geography. You will develop territory strategies, nurture physician relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field and 3+ years in pharma/biopharma sales, with cardiovascular experience preferred. Base salary range is $120,000–$130,000 with potential commissions. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations colleagues in a matrixed selling environment.
Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations.
Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
Demonstrate account-based selling skills and conduct group presentations.
Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory.
Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Execute the company’s brand strategy and tactics within the territory.
Participate in training and development programs.
Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance policies with high integrity.
Other duties as required.
