Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Huntington Beach, CA seeks a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to develop territory plans, build relationships with physicians and achieve sales targets. You will work in a highly matrixed environment with cross-functional partners to drive results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharma/biopharma sales, knowledge of cardiovascular markets, and strong analytical abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales strongly preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets strongly preferred.
Must be self-motivated with ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision.
Strong technical and analytical skills including proficiency with CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing a territory business plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations focusing on top targets.
Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and drive decision-making.
Demonstrate account-based selling skills and deliver group presentations.
