Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals in an assigned territory, building strategic plans and professional physician relationships. You will analyze regional data and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive results.

The role requires 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales and 2+ years in cardiovascular areas, with strong business acumen and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong communication, autonomy and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed (driver’s license).

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customers and accounts.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and meet designated customer interaction expectations.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and conduct group presentations as needed.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the company’s brand strategy and tactics within the assigned area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with all legal, regulatory and compliance policies.
