Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ to drive territory sales and partnerships with physicians. You will develop and execute territory plans, leverage data to optimize results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand market access.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharma sales, cardiovascular experience, and strong communication skills. Travel as needed, with autonomy to manage your territory and contribute to a high-performing team at Syneos

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Proven top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians to grow opportunities.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations.
• Use data tools and insights to guide strategies and tactics.
• Demonstrate account-based selling including group presentations.
• Plan territory coverage and organize activities.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing.
• Complete administrative tasks and execute brand strategy in area.
