Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in the United States is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals within an assigned geography. You will develop territory strategies, identify customer needs, and build professional relationships with physicians while working with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3+ years pharma sales, a life sciences or related degree, and willingness to travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field is required.
• Minimum 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is preferred.
• Proven top-tier sales track record.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with an integrated plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians to grow opportunities.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction targets with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to guide strategies and decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling including group presentations.
• Plan territory activities to ensure regular coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy within geographic area.
• Participate in training and develop professionally.
• Comply with legal/regulatory/compliance policies with integrity.
• Additional duties as required.
