Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales in an assigned geography, develop territory business plans, and build strong relationships with cardiovascular physicians. You will analyze market data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and execute compliant sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
Experience with CRM tools and data analysis.
Must be self-motivated with strong communication and autonomy.

Responsibilities

Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
Navigate a matrixed selling environment with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Identify key influencers and exceed interaction expectations with top target customers.
Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
Demonstrate account-based selling skills and present to groups as needed.
Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage and pursue budget-enabled activities.
Complete administrative tasks timely and execute brand strategy in the territory.
Participate in training and development programs and travel as required.
