Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC seeks a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales in an assigned Miami territory. You will develop territory business plans, build professional physician relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities while maintaining compliance and ethical standards.

Candidates should have a life sciences or related degree and a track record in pharma/biopharma sales, with cardiovascular experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience calling on assigned targets in the designated territory geography is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations).
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with top target customers.
• Use data tools, insights, and sources to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and conduct group presentations.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory per plan.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy and tactics within the assigned geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance policies with integrity.
