Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Miami to drive territory growth and meet sales targets. You will build physician relationships, implement integrated account strategies, and leverage data insights for decision-making.

The role requires autonomy, strong product knowledge, and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization across marketing, medical, and operations. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharma sales, with cardiovascular experience preferred, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
Experience in managed payor markets is highly regarded.
Proven top-tier sales track record with targets met/exceeded.

Responsibilities

Achieve/exceed sales goals within an assigned geography by executing a territory plan.
Develop professional relationships with targeted physicians to grow opportunities.
Collaborate with FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams.
Use data tools to shape strategies and business decisions.
Plan territory activities and manage the budget for sales/marketing efforts.
Complete administrative tasks promptly and maintain CRM updates.
