Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales targets within a defined geography, building strategic territory plans and professional relationships with physicians.

The role requires strong business acumen, autonomy and cross-functional collaboration, with travel as needed to cover assigned accounts and ensure compliant, ethical selling practices in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or related field.
• 3+ years in pharma/biopharmaceutical sales.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on targets in the designated territory geography.
• Experience launching products in competitive marketplace.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate.
• Self-motivated with high autonomy.
• Strong technical and analytical skills; CRM, AI tools, MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel; overnight/weekend travel may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills (presentations, etc.).
• Plan activities to ensure regular territorial coverage.
• Manage territory budget for sales/marketing.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly.
• Execute the brand strategy within the territory.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance policies.
