Job summary

The Cardiovascular Sales Representative (CSR) at Syneos Health will drive sales within an assigned Jacksonville territory, building strategic plans and fostering professional relationships with key physicians. You will leverage data and insights to guide decisions and work cross-functionally to maximize opportunities.

You should bring 3+ years of pharma sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
Proven top-tier sales accomplishments.

Responsibilities

Achieve/exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
Identify key influencers and manage customer interaction expectations.
Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions.
Demonstrate account-based selling skills and plan territory coverage effectively.
Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
