Syneos Health is hiring a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales in the Denver area. You will develop territory strategies, build physician relationships, and execute plans with cross-functional partners to exceed goals while maintaining compliance.

The successful candidate will use data-driven insights, maintain high integrity, and adapt to a matrixed environment. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Navigate a complex matrixed selling environment with cross-functional collaboration (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and achieve interaction expectations with top target customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and plan regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the company’s brand strategy within the assigned area.
• Participation in training and development programs.
• Comply with all policies and maintain integrity and professionalism.
