Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals in an assigned geography, building territory plans and strong physician relationships while operating in a compliant and ethical manner.

Ideal candidates have a Life Sciences or related degree, 3+ years in pharma/biopharma sales, and strong analytical and CRM skills. This full-time role offers a base salary of $120,000-$130,000, potential car allowance and bonus opportunities, with travel

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
Experience with highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
Proven top-tier sales accomplishments and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Use data/tools to determine strategies for business decisions and outcomes.
Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage territory budget.
