Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales in an assigned geography while maintaining ethical standards. You will develop territory strategies, engage physicians, and collaborate with FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams to maximize opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma/biopharma sales and strong analytical, communication, and CRM skills. Travel may be required; a driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field is required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Work in a complex, matrixed selling environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and present to groups as needed.
• Plan activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory and manage the territory budget.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the company’s brand strategy within the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with all legal, regulatory, and compliance policies with integrity.
• Additional duties as required.
