Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales within Santa Monica and surrounding territory. You will develop territory strategies, build physician relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to achieve goals.

The role requires strong business acumen, self-motivation, and the ability to navigate a matrixed selling environment. Travel may be required, with base compensation and potential commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Proven track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to travel as needed and work autonomously.
• Strong CRM, AI tools and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with an integrated plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction targets.
• Use data tools and insights to guide strategies and decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling and group presentations.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and action plans.
• Manage territory budget to support sales/marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy within the territory.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with all legal, regulatory, and compliance policies.
• Take on additional duties as required.
