Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a field-based sales professional to drive growth in the East San Diego, El Centro, and Yuma AZ region. You will engage providers face-to-face and virtually, develop territory plans, and leverage analytics to seize opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare or pharma sales, with strong communication, account management, and collaboration skills. Valid driver’s license and proximity to the territory are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or healthcare.
• 2+ years in professional sales or related roles; biotech/pharma experience preferred.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border and have a valid US driver's license.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and use analytics to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the East San Diego, El Centro, and Yuma AZ territory.
• Engage with customers face to face and virtually; build relationships.
• Develop and implement territory call plans; identify engagement strategies.
• Use internal reports to identify strategic business opportunities.
• Educate providers on unbranded and branded value props with approved material.
• Collaborate across the organization to address inquiries and objectives.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
