Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a field-based sales professional to lead territory strategy and drive product access across a geographically dispersed landscape. You will partner with field and home-office teams to deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes and expand product adoption.

The role requires a strong track record in high-performance selling to large accounts, decisive analytics, and willingness to travel 60-80% within the territory, including occasional flights as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex sales with large geographically dispersed teams in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts with effective, tailored solutions.
• Build a strategic territory plan aligning shared priorities and insights/tactics to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
• Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
• Apply knowledge of the market, competitive landscape, and cross-functional dynamics to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
• Use territory data and market trends to generate local insights, support pull-through efforts, and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
• Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
• Deliver real-time access support and partner closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
• Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
