Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a dynamic Sales professional to drive growth in the East San Diego, El Centro, and Yuma, AZ regions. The role combines in-person and virtual customer engagements, leveraging digital tools and analytics to identify opportunities and execute strategic plans.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional sales or related healthcare experience, with strong communication and territory management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years in professional sales/promotional activity or related healthcare/scientific experience or entrepreneurial experience (or 6+ years with an associate’s degree).
• Residence within 25 miles of the territory border.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in assigned territory.
• Engages with customers face to face and virtually.
• Develops and implements business/territory call plans; executes live/virtual engagement strategies.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships in live and virtual environments using digital tools.
• Uses internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
• Compliantly educates providers on value propositions using approved disease-state information.
