Job summary

Syneos Health in Pasadena, CA seeks a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales in an assigned geography and execute territory plans with integrity. You will build strong relationships with targeted physicians, analyze regional data, and collaborate with FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams to maximize opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field, 3+ years pharma sales, and a track record of top-tier performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
Consistent top-tier sales accomplishments.
Experience calling on assigned targets in the designated territory geography.

Responsibilities

Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with an integrated business plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
Demonstrate account-based selling including group presentations.
Plan/organize territory activities to ensure regular coverage.
Manage territory budget to support sales/marketing activities.
Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Execute the company’s brand strategy in the geographic area.
Participate in training and development programs.
Comply with all regulatory/compliance policies with integrity.
Additional duties as required.
