Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience with highly managed, payor-controlled markets is preferred.
• Strong record of top-tier sales accomplishments and territory execution.
• Able to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Must be self-motivated with autonomy; proficient with CRM, AI tools and Office.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with a strategic plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians for new business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing.
• Use data tools and insights to guide territory decisions and actions.
• Deliver presentations and account-based selling to top influencers.
• Organize activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage budget.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner and support brand strategy.
