Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative for the Fort Myers, FL area to achieve and exceed sales goals by executing an integrated territory business plan. You will build professional relationships with targeted physicians, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and apply data insights to drive market strategy.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharmaceutical sales, strong business acumen, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience with payor-controlled markets is preferred.
• Strong communication and independence with CRM and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with an integrated plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and manage top-target customer interactions.
• Use data tools and insights to guide territory strategies and decisions.
• Execute the company brand strategy within the geographic area.
• Plan territory coverage and manage the territory budget.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
