Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in Charleston, WV to build relationships with physicians and HCPs while driving territory sales.

You will implement an integrated business plan, deliver product presentations, and stay informed about health system dynamics and market trends. The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and adapting to evolving digital tools.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or internship in pharma.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and build strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top target customers.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and health care professionals.
• Understand the healthcare delivery system within each customer and their personnel.
• Develop product/competitor knowledge and regional market insights.
• Analyze local trends to craft a compelling product business plan.
• Collaborate with sales, brand, and support teams to enhance customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner and maintain records.
• Execute brand strategy and tactics within the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs; adapt to new AI tools and tech.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools to enhance engagement and productivity.
