Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive territory sales in Charleston, SC, and exceed targets through strategic plans and strong customer partnerships.

The CSR will build actionable territory strategies, analyze market data, and collaborate with FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, and Operations to achieve business goals while maintaining compliance and integrity.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience with CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Navigate a matrixed selling environment with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to inform strategies and decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling, including group presentations.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the company’s brand strategy within the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance policies.
