Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Rockford, IL is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive territory growth with a strategic, data-informed approach. You will build relationships with targeted physicians, execute integrated business plans, and collaborate across FRMs, Market Access and Medical teams to maximize opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma sales, with cardiovascular experience preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field is required.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic strongly preferred.
Experience calling on assigned targets in the designated territory geography highly desired.
Strong technical & analytical skills including proficiency with CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
Navigate a matrixed selling environment and collaborate with cross-functional partners such as FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with top customers.
Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
Demonstrate account-based selling skills (including group presentations).
Plan and organize activities to ensure regular territory coverage.
