Job summary

Syneos Health in Springfield, IL is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve and exceed sales goals within a defined territory. You will develop and execute an integrated territory plan, build relationships with targeted physicians, and work with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharma/biopharma sales, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated with a high level of autonomy and independence.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in a defined territory with an integrated plan.
• Build professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Use data tools and insights to guide business decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling and presentations.
• Plan activities to ensure territory coverage and manage budget.
• Execute the brand strategy within the geographic area.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
