Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Bloomington, IL to achieve and exceed territory sales goals by implementing an integrated business plan. You will establish professional relationships with key physicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations to drive opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field, 3+ years in pharma sales, and a preference for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales strongly preferred.
Experience in managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.
Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.

Responsibilities

Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Use data/tools to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions.
Manage territory budget to support sales/marketing activities.
Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Execute the company’s brand strategy in the geographic area.
