Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales growth within an assigned geography, develop strategic territory plans, and build lasting physician relationships while operating in a compliant, ethical manner.

The CSR will leverage market data to optimize an integrated territory business plan, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and execute brand strategies to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience calling on physicians and managed markets is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with a comprehensive business plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Utilize data and insights to shape strategies and tactics.
• Plan territory activities and manage budget to support sales and marketing.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance policies.
