Job summary

The Cardiovascular Sales Representative (CSR) at Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales goals within an assigned geography while operating in a compliant and ethical manner. Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales strongly preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and manage customer interactions with top targets.
• Use data tools and insights to plan strategies and tactics.
• Plan and organize territory coverage and manage the territory budget.
• Complete administrative tasks and execute the brand strategy within the area.
