Merck is seeking a Cardiovascular Disease Specialist to drive territory sales in the Phoenix, AZ area. This field-based role involves building relationships with cardiologists, primary care, and other healthcare professionals across physicians’ offices, hospitals, and clinics.

You will execute territory plans, stay current on products, and collaborate with Account Executives to deliver patient-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree BA/BS or higher, with 0–3 years of relevant experience; or high school diploma with 3+ years of sales/healthcare experience.
• S2 level: 3+ years of Sales experience or high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Able to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and relocate if required.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies and ethics.
• Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the portfolio.
• Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to match needs with products.
• Provide management with updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward goals.
• Be knowledgeable on approved information regarding products, disease, and marketplace.
• Monitor performance against objectives using company tools.
