Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals within a Columbus, OH territory. You will develop territory strategies, build relationships with targeted physicians, and collaborate with FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams to drive results.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field and 3+ years in pharmaceutical sales, with cardiovascular experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Operate in a matrixed selling environment with cross-functional collaboration (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and manage interactions with top target customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies for business decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills (group presentations, etc.).
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory per plan of action.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner and execute brand strategy within the area.
• Participate in training and development programs and comply with policies.
