Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales in Seattle, WA and surrounding areas. You will develop territory plans, grow key physician relationships, and work with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities in a complex, payor-driven market.

The role requires a life sciences degree and 3+ years in pharma sales, with preference for cardiovascular experience and proven top-tier performance. Expect travel and a demanding, autonomous sales environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or related field.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with an integrated business plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Use data tools and insights to inform strategies and tactics.
• Plan activities to ensure territory coverage and manage budget.
• Complete administrative tasks timely and execute brand strategy.
• Travel as needed and maintain compliance with policies.
