Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals within an assigned geography while maintaining compliance and ethical standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on targets in the designated territory.
• Experience launching products in a competitive marketplace.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate.
• Self-motivated with high autonomy and independence.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations for top targets.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills with group presentations and other formats.
