Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical, medical or related sales experience.
• 3+ years first line sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical field.
• Cardiovascular/Cardiometabolic experience is highly preferred.
• Previous team and new product launch experience in a specialty disease area.
• Previous experience with market access/reimbursement highly preferred.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams in competitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate Strategy to Execution: localize region-level business plans leveraging market opportunities.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: analyze market data, KPIs and trends to drive growth.
• Lead CSRs to educate physicians and accounts to achieve business goals.
• Oversee acquisition, expansion and retention of targeted business in the region.
• Engage key accounts and develop strategies supporting business objectives.
• Field Coaching & Mentorship: provide real-time feedback to elevate performance.
• Attract, coach and retain top performers in selling skills and account management.
• Territory Management: optimize territory, budget and performance metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align field initiatives with FRMs, marketing, training, compliance, medical affairs.
