Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a results-driven pharmaceutical sales professional to manage a defined territory in Miami, FL. You will develop and execute an integrated territory business plan, deliver product-specific clinical presentations to physicians, and engage healthcare professionals to drive utilization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with strong communication and relationship-building skills to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Understanding navigating healthcare offices.
• Territory sales relationships.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding results.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan covering key accounts.
• Develop and build professional relationships with key healthcare professionals in the territory.
• Drive appropriate product utilization while collaborating with commercial teammates to generate pull-through with local payers and community healthcare professionals.
• Leverage insights on therapeutic area, market, and competitors to manage business effectively.
