Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Miami seeks a proven Pharmaceutical Sales Professional to develop and manage the assigned territory, delivering clinical brand presentations to physicians and other health care professionals.

You will build key account plans, exceed sales goals, and cultivate relationships with healthcare providers and payers, while leveraging market insights to drive product utilization. Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of pharma sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience in hypertension, cardiology or related areas preferred.
• Experience calling on Long-Term Care facilities and cardiologists in the territory.
• Ability to navigate healthcare offices and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute an integrated territory business plan with key accounts.
• Build professional relationships with HCPs in the geography.
• Drive product utilization and pull-through with payers and local HCPs.
• Leverage market and competitor insights to manage business challenges.
