Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in the Alexandria, VA area to drive sales within an assigned geography. You will develop and execute territory plans, build enduring relationships with key physicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities.

Ideal candidates have a strong business acumen, are self-motivated and results-driven, with proficiency in CRM, AI tools, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences, business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in managed payor markets is preferred.
• Proven top-tier sales accomplishments.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with an integrated plan.
• Establish/maintain relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Use data/tools to inform strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Plan activities to ensure territory coverage and manage budget.
