Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive territory growth in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharma/biopharma sales, with cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of top-tier

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and manage interactions with top customers.
• Use data tools/insights to drive business decision-making and strategies.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills (group presentations, etc.).
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and budget management.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner and execute brand strategy.
• Participate in training/development programs and maintain compliance.
