Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals within an assigned geography, building strong physician relationships and executing territory plans. The role emphasizes data-driven strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and compliant, ethical performance in a dynamic market.

The CSR will leverage CRM tools, analyze regional data, and navigate a matrixed environment to maximize opportunities while maintaining high integrity and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with CRM and data tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access and Medical teams.
• Use data/tools to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage budget.
