Job summary

Syneos Health, in partnership with a major biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR) in Chester, VA. You will build relationships with physicians, healthcare providers and key stakeholders while executing territory business plans and delivering product presentations.

You will analyze market trends, collaborate across sales and brand teams, and leverage digital tools and AI insights to optimize customer engagement and drive sales.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; life sciences preferred.
• Business-to-business sales experience or internship or a sales degree, or 2+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Ability to identify decision makers and influence prescribing habits.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing a territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations with top target customers.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage according to a plan of action.
• Deliver product presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Develop understanding of health care delivery within each customer and personnel involved.
• Analyze local market trends and craft a strong product business plan.
• Collaborate with sales, brand teams and support partners to deliver a great customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy and participate in training programs.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools to personalize interactions and improve outcomes.
• Adapt to emerging technologies to enhance productivity and engagement.
