Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience as a territory manager in medical devices; cardiovascular interventional space preferred.
• Experience in catheter technology and peripheral/vascular sales preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of contracting processes and VAC processes.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to represent stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospital-level customers.
• Drive strategy from IDN level to hospital/account level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for overall strategy and external tactics.
• Advance opportunities and close sales in targeted accounts.
• Navigate VAC approval processes for new products and influence VAC members.
• Identify market needs, threats, and opportunities to adapt strategies.
• Manage multiple priorities to support business goals.
