Amgen Cardiovascular Key Account Manager in Seattle is responsible for assessing account environments and executing strategic plans to optimize CV product utilization across hospital and health-system settings.

The role emphasizes building senior-level relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment while ensuring compliant, evidence-based communications.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree & 2 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience.
• Masters degree & 4 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience.
• Bachelors degree & 6 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience.
• 3+ years of account management and/or public payor experience strongly preferred.
• Cardiology experience, including dyslipidemia, heart failure and acute coronary syndromes, highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess and diagnose the current business environment in assigned accounts and plan actions for success.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital and health-system decision-makers to support portfolio performance.
• Lead comprehensive account plans aligned to cardiovascular strategy and market needs.
• Collaborate with matrix teams and medical science liaison(s) as appropriate.
• Monitor account performance and coordinate pull-through and access initiatives.
