Job summary

Amgen seeks a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to drive account plans across major cardiology and hospital networks. You will diagnose account environments, build senior-level relationships, and lead pull-through strategies that align with portfolio goals.

You will collaborate with field teams and MSLs, ensure access and utilization of Amgen CV products, and deliver compliant, data-driven insights to improve patient access and outcomes in complex health systems.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree & 2 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience; Masters degree & 4 years; Bachelors degree & 6 years.
• Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of account management and/or public payor experience; advanced degree 7+ years of healthcare sales/marketing; cardiology and dyslipidemia experience.
• Additional Qualifications: leadership, influence, and strategic account management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose current business environment in assigned accounts; plan/execute actions for success.
• Develop strong relationships with key account decision-makers across hospital systems.
• Lead and coordinate pull-through initiatives with field teams for portfolio utilization.
• Ensure institutional availability across inpatient and ambulatory care settings.
• Collaborate with MSLs and analytics teams to align strategies with CV business unit goals.
• Present data/messages to stakeholders in a compliant manner.
