Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Therapeutic Area Specialist in cardiovascular care to drive product adoption in a defined US territory. This field-based role requires engaging Health Care Providers with scientifically grounded conversations and conducting in-office presentations to support appropriate patient care.

The TAS will build credibility with clinicians, translate medical data into practical insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nurse roles.
• Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to physicians.
• Proven credibility with customers, office staff, and healthcare professionals.
• Cardiovascular experience is preferred.
• Strong account-management and selling competencies with a proven track record.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive team mindset and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications and meets/exceeds sales targets within a defined territory.
• Engages HCPs with scientifically balanced information and evidence-based rationale.
• Maintains high level of expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Collaborates with field teams to enhance customer experience and share insights.
