The TAS collaborates with cross-functional teams, uses CE^3 for insights, and maintains up-to-date data on approved indications while prioritizing safe, compliant engagement with HCPs.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
• Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately to physicians.
• Proven credibility with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Engages with HCPs with a differentiated scientific dialogue and ensures medical accuracy.
• Organizes external speaker programs and coordinates scheduling and logistics.
• Maintains working knowledge on emerging data for approved indications and supports real-time medical inquiries.
• Collaborates with field teams to ensure optimal Customer Experience and shares insights with stakeholders.
