Qualifications

• Proven credibility with key customers and stakeholders in a customer-centric care model.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications within defined territory while meeting/exceeding targets in a compliant manner.
• Demonstrates scientific dialogue with HCPs using approved resources and ongoing data.
• Collaborates with field teams to ensure optimal Customer Experience (Cx).
• Gathers insights and shares them with stakeholders to improve service and outcomes.
• Uses CE^3 and other tools for call planning and data-driven decisions.
