Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Cardiovascular is seeking a Principal Field Service Engineer to support installation, service and repair of Biosense Webster products across a wide regional footprint. This field-based role requires travel and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and biomedical engineers to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Under limited supervision, you will manage customer inquiries, perform preventive maintenance, and provide technical training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Multiple years of hospital or field service experience in cardiology/EP preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and field service for Biosense Webster products.
• Install, operate, repair, and upgrade equipment within assigned territory.
• Manage service records, preventive maintenance, and incident investigations.
• Travel up to 60% domestically and internationally to support customers.
