Qualifications

• Electrical/biomedical field service experience preferred.
• Strong communication in English; able to travel up to 60%.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot, install, repair and maintain medical devices.
• Experience with incident investigations and customer training.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote technical support and on-site service within assigned territory.
• Install, operate, repair and upgrade equipment.
• Lead preventive maintenance and service records.
• Respond to emergencies and determine causes.
• Provide guidance to doctors, nurses and biomedical engineers.
• Train customers on product usage and service processes.
• Maintain service management system updates.
