Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Principle Field Service Engineer to support installation, service, and repair of Biosense Webster products across a multi-city territory including Jacksonville, FL. This field-based role requires strong technical and customer-facing skills and travel up to 60%.

You will interact with clinicians and biomedical teams, perform maintenance, escalate issues, and ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Trade Certificate or equivalent.
• 6 years’ experience in Cardiology/Electrophysiology is preferred.
• Biomed experience in hospital environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Remote Technical Support via Call Center.
• Install, operate, repair and upgrade equipment within territory.
• Maintain service records and preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage region and schedule for field service activities.
• Respond to emergency service requests and determine root causes.
• Guide doctors, nurses and engineers to resolve customer issues.
• Drive customer satisfaction and analyze data for improvements.
• Complete paperwork and update Service Management System.
• Manage inventory and conduct required audits.
• Train internal and external customers on products.
• Travel up to 60% and support clinical trials and assessments.
